Rockstar Games — the logo

Rockstar Games is an American video game publisher founded in New York in 1998, formed when Take-Two Interactive acquired BMG Interactive. The company is world-famous for the Grand Theft Auto franchise. Its logo — a black 'R' on a white star against a yellow background — was designed in 1998 by artists Jeremy Blake and Karen Scott, conceived to work like a sticker plastered across New York City streets.
