Coinbase — the logo

Coinbase was founded in June 2012 by Brian Armstrong, a former Airbnb engineer, and has grown into the largest US cryptocurrency exchange. Its current visual identity, designed by Pentagram in 2022, centres on a blue circle with a square negative-space cutout that simultaneously reads as a stylised "C" and a digital coin.
