LG — the logo

LG Electronics is a South Korean consumer electronics multinational founded in 1958 as GoldStar in Seoul. In 1995, Lucky and GoldStar merged under the LG acronym, and the company adopted its "Face of the Future" logo — a stylised red face formed by the letters L and G within a circle. In 2023, the brand identity was refreshed by Wolff Olins while retaining the iconic symbol.
